Join Steve and the Ruccis crew for a fundraiser with a twist!
Steve has been working in kitchens for 35 years including ski seasons in Canada, summers on tropical islands, stints at the Hilton on Park Lane and The Savoy in London, and all along the East Coast of Australia. You may have also heard Steve sharing his love of food on Yarra Valley FM where he co-presented the show ‘Spill the Beans’ for 2 years.
Steve will be going live on Zoom this Saturday and showing you how to cook 3 dishes from scratch, with vegan, veggie and gluten free options, including a sweet dessert to finish it all off – delish!
Take notes, ask questions and get inspired by a professional chef!

Show will run for just over 1 hour.
Because it’s a fundraiser, we’ve got to have a *raffle*!
Enter our virtual raffle and go into the draw to win a private lesson in an apparatus of your choice. This includes the things we don’t often use in class like the cyr wheel, cloudswing and aerial cube – it’s up to you!
Tickets are only $2, and are available to purchase when selecting show your ticket. The more tickets you purchase, the more chances you have to win!

We’ll also be giving out prizes throughout the show, with the major prize drawn at the end.
All monies raised will continue to support Ruccis during our closure, helping with rent and bills and all those costs we can’t turn off…even though Ruccis has been!

The major prize is a Ruccis voucher for a private lesson for a circus apparatus of your choice (subject to availability).
Lesson can be used for up to 2 people, and will run for 1 hour. Booking date and time is subject to coach and space availability. Private lesson will be valid until 31 October 2021 (when we hope to be well and truely open!)
2 circus equipment prizes will be award to raffle ticket holders who are attending the show. Winners of these prizes will be randomly selected from the ticket holders.
Raffle Terms & Conditions
Every person who makes a donation through the TryBooking page to the value of $2.00 or more will receive a raffle ticket to go into the draw.
Raffle tickets will be allocated to the purchaser per every $2.00 spent. (Eg, a $10 donation will receive 5 tickets)
Ticket sales open at 12pm Monday 21 September and close at 3pm Saturday 26 September.
Each ticket and name will be allocated a number and the winner will be chosen by a random number generator. Winner of the major prize will be announced at approximately 5:30pm on Saturday 26 September, as part of the Circus Cook-Up show.
2 minor prizes will be awarded throughout the show, also to randomly selected raffle ticket holders.
All prize holders will be contacted by Ruccis via email after the show with details on how to redeem/collect, or have their prize delivered.
