Capture your circus skills in portrait form!

ndAfter a fabulous photo shoot in August 2022, Andy Phillips is back to capture your favourite circus skills in portrait form!
Andy is also generously donating all proceeds from the shoot to our Performance Troupe to help them get to Canberra in April for a performance opportunity at the Canberra Circus Festival!
These photo sessions are all about you, so come in your favourite costume or training gear, and Andy will bring the lights and backdrop to create beautiful images of you being your best circussy-self.
Available for all apparatuses – aerial, balance and manipulation!
In each 15 minute session, Andy will take several shots of each of your chosen poses. After some final edits, Andy will send you the select shots, where you can choose your final 3, 4 or 5 shots. These will be sent to you as high-resolution images that you can then print or share with family and friends.
The set up:
Andy will have a white backdrop and lighting set up, and we will rig up your preferred apparatus, Aerial points will be quite low to fit into the frame.
Shots will be posed, so it’s good to come with a few ideas in your head, and a coach will be available to offer suggestions, and to stop you spinning in the air!
You’ll need to be ready to go in costume/outfit and make-up before your session time. You’re welcome to change and get ready at Ruccis (don’t forget to warm up for any tricky poses!).
Important Info
- Each session can accommodate 1 or 2 people.
- Photo subjects under 13 years must have a parent/guardian present.
- Sessions are only open to current Ruccis students.

How to book
Choose your preferred session time, and select if you wish to purchase 3, 4 or 5 final photos. Then enter the details of the participant/s and their preferred apparatus.
