Our next 3 week online program is packed full of circus skills and workout classes for all ages and abilities.

In Zoom classes you can ask questions, see tricks broken down by steps and get feedback and encouragement from your Ruccis coaches and friends.

You have the option to book into single classes, or purchase a 3 week pass for all 3 sessions of the same class, or weekly pass or unlimited pass to attend as many classes as you like!

So get a group together (virtually) and achieve your circus goals at home…with a little help from Ruccis!

Our 3 week online program runs from Monday 12 October to Sunday 1 November

Timetable

Handstands

With Caleb
Kids: Monday 5pm (Kids) and 7.30pm (Teen & Adult)

This class will focus on handstand strength and conditioning and learning about technique and form that will take your handstands to the next level! A great class to maintain your strength at home and help you get upside down.

Splits & Flexibility

With Sam Sam
Tuesday 5pm (Kids) and 7.30pm (Teen & Adult) 

Who’s ready for a stretch! Work on your splits in a specialised workshop that will give you all the tips and tricks to make your splits beyond flat, with a focus on active flexibilty and control. Splits in lockdown is possible with a support crew!

Hoopercise!

With Lauren
Wednesday 5pm (30 mins)

Get moving, dancing and giggling in this 30min class for all ages, filled with disco tunes and hooping fun. Part cardio, part aerobics, part dance – we’ll use the hoop in different ways to bring up the energy and the heart rate! Waist hooping experience beneficial but not essential. Let’s boogie!

Circus Boot Camp

Thursday 7:30pm

All right recruits, listen up! Sergeant SamSam is ready to help you smash out a full body, weight-free workout with cardio and exercises to work your upper body, core and legs. It’s your workout, so suitable for all levels. Let’s get moving!

Manipulation Jam

With Emily
Friday 4pm (2 hours)

Devil Sticks! Diabolo! Juggling! Poi! Staff Spinning! Whatever is your manipulation tool of choice, join Emily in a casual jam session where you can ask for tips or new skills to build your repertoire, or simply jam with friends. Pop in at any time.

Yoga Workout

Saturday 10am

Wake up your whole body and work through a series of yoga-style sequences to improve your flexibility, balance and strength. Relaxing yet invigorating.

Staff, Poi & Juggling

With Emily & Sam
Saturday 11am

Each week learn new tricks and transitions in different manipulation props including Staff Spinning (17 Oct), Poi (24 Oct) and Juggling (31 Oct). You can make your own props out of a broomstick and socks! Book one class or try them all! 

Hoop Tricks & Routine

with Lauren
Saturday 1:00pm

Learn a variety of on- and off-body tricks that we’ll put together in a short routine to music. A relaxed and creative class to get your brain working and help to find your flow.

Walkovers

With Claire
Sunday 10am

Join Claire for a stretchy good time and learn some drills and conditioning to improve your back bends and walkovers. A spotter is recommended!

Family Acro

With Claire
Sunday 11:30am

Looking for a fun family activity while you’re at home? Borrow a child or a sibling to learn fun acro shapes you can do together. An acrotastic class of counterbalance, flying, basing and more.

Actually, all our classes are suitable for kids! But if your house is looking like more of a circus than Ruccis, we have just the ticket for your younger circus stars with lots of energy!

Well you’ve come to the right place! If you want to perform, learn what to do with that prop that’s been sitting in your shed, or build on your basics, our knowledgable coaches have the tips you need.

I want to get creative

Express yourself, move to the beat and let the creativity flow. Learn some new skills and put your own spin on performances and routines.

I need something a bit gentler

It’s not all go-go-go over here! If you need a quieter space, are more mature, have injuries or just want to say hello to Ruccis, take it at your own pace in these social and interactive classes.

Bookings are ‘per household’
so if you have 4 people in your house you can share your passes (and classes) within the household. What a deal!

Term fee credits will not be applied to the 3 week program.

How to Enrol

You will require a Zoom account to access all classes. You can set up an account here: https://zoom.us/

To book individual classes or 3 x class passes

Head to the booking page and select your class from the list of classes. You can select to book all three sessions of the class or book an individual class. Once booked, you will be sent a confirmation email, then within 24 hours before your class you will receive an email with the link to your Zoom class. 3 x class passholders will receive this email each week.

At class time, click on the link to open Zoom and join the class. We suggest logging in to the class a few minutes before class time to ensure you are set up correctly and allow the class to start promptly.

To book a Weekly Pass or Unlimited Pass

On the booking page, select the ‘Weekly Pass’ or ‘3 Week Unlimited Pass’ from the top of the list. Once booked in, you will receive a confirmation email. Then on the Sunday, before the first Monday class of the week, you will receive an email with the Zoom links to all the classes for the week. Unlimited Pass holders will receive this email each week.

At class time, click on the appropriate link to open Zoom and join the class. We suggest logging in to the class a few minutes before class time to ensure you are set up correctly and allow the class to start promptly.
