How to Enrol

Term Classes

All enrolments are made online through our Customer Portal.

Casual Preschool Classes

We have a few of options for Preschool classes: (1) you can simply turn up on the day, (2) you can prebook online by buying preschool punch passes and save up to 15%! Find out more on the Toddler Classes page.

Billing and other policies

Enrolments can be made at any time during the term.

Our classes run on an ongoing enrolment basis, with fees billed monthly. Your enrolment secures your place in your allocated class time and day. Fees are charged for this reserved spot regardless of attendance, ensuring your class remains available for you.

Mid-month enrolments will have fees adjusted to account for the remaining sessions. Monthly costs reflect the number of scheduled classes. 

We do not run classes on public holidays or during the school holidays. For term dates, have a look at our term timetable. 

You can veiw your owing amount on your iclass pro account from the 25th of each month and must be paid within 7 days to keep your enrolment. 

Payments can also be made in advanced at the desk. 

Discounts for multiple classes.

You’ll automatically get 14% off every additional class, not including your first class. 

Cancelling your enrolment

You can cancel your enrolment at any time, though refunds will not be provided.

Makeup classes

If you state your absence via the portal (not by phone, email or verbally) before your missed class, you will be provided a makeup token. 

Head onto the portal to use your makeup token.

Makeup tokens cannot be tranferred or exchanged for credit or a refund. 

Please note: Ruccis does not provide refunds or credits for missed classes or if you change your mind after starting your enrolment..
