Ruccis has always had big plans for moving to our forever home, but now with our landlord wanting to end our lease early, and with the perfect property becoming available, the time is now!
But we need your help in partnering with us to purchase a new home for Ruccis Circus School!
Ruccis is dedicated to bringing joy to people’s lives. We endeavour to create a space where people can express their circus creativity in a supportive and safe environment. We provide the opportunity for our students to share the joy of circus with their family, friends and community through classes, performances and community events.
The Plan
In order to purchase our new training space, Ruccis is setting up a property trust that investors can buy into.
- The rental return (annual cash dividend) on investment is predicted to be slightly over 4%.
- A safe property investment with a very reliable and secure tenant!
- You will also be getting capital gains on the property itself.
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY you will be investing in the long term future of Ruccis. You will be investing in the amazing community asset that Ruccis has always been and with your help will continue to be for years to come!
And then?
Ruccis is committed to buying as many units/shares as it can at the end of every 3 year period so that those people who need to use their cash elsewhere can rest easy that there will eventually be a buyer for their investment.
Of course we hope you will all stay along with us for the Ruccis ride and we commit to inviting all of our Ruccis investors to an annual Ruccis party so that you are reminded yearly of the joy and community spirit that your investment continually brings to all the Ruccis community and to the broader community.

Ruccis is putting together an investment opportunity through creating a property trust. The trust will purchase a building for Ruccis to operate in for the foreseeable future, with Ruccis paying rent to the trust at the commercial rate.
The building we are looking at is 10 Reid St, Bayswater. It is rare for a building that is suitable for circus training to become available, which is why we need to act fast. If this building doesn’t work out, however, we will still be going ahead with the property trust for the next suitable building.
The trust is made up of 300 units valued at $10,000 each. We have 225 of those units to sell.
The rental return (annual cash dividend) on this investment is predicted to be slightly over 4% (a safe property investment with a secure tenant). You will also be getting capital gains on the property itself. Ruccis is committed to offering to buy as many units/shares as it can at the end of every 3 year period so investors can collect their return.
