Circus Bazaar
We are thrilled to announce Circus Bazaar, a series of performance nights designed to give you the stage you’ve been looking for.
Share what you love! Circus Bazaar puts community first and our doors are open to not only Ruccis crew, but the wider circus family. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just wanting to grow your performance confidence, this stage is a supportive place to showcase your work, test new ideas and share your passion.
Inclusive & supportive: No auditions and no fees to perform. If you’re ready to show your act, we’re ready to see it!
A professional experience: Get full access to our space with lighting, sound, and rigging.
Bring your friends, parents, and fans for a night of popcorn, drinks, and entertainment.

Burrinja Circus Festival
For over 10 years, Ruccis and Burrinja Cultural Centre have hosted the Burrinja Circus Festival. Every Winter school holidays we warm up the Hills with our student productions, holiday workshops, prefessional shows and cabaret night.
We love to invite the circus community to perform in the cabaret alongside our senior students. If you have an established act, or want to try a new act in front of a supportive crowd in a theatre, please get in touch!

Performance Troupe
Ruccis students have been performing, stilt walking and bringing circus joy to our local community events for over 15 years.
If you have the itch to be in front of an audience and are seeking the experience to hone your stage skills, we invite you to get involved!
Students have opportunities throughout the year to create and perform small group acts, solos and whole troupe performances at events such as Knox Festival, Burrinja Circus Festival, community fetes, Sky High holiday programs, our in-house shows and so many more! We have also arranged exchange programs with interstate circus schools which we plan to do more of in the future!
Troupe students need to:
- have been at Ruccis for at least 12 months
- have at least one year of experience in their main specialty
- be enrolled in one other class plus Troupe
- Be available to perform on key dates throughout the year
