This special 4 week Hula Hoop Fitness class starts Wed 27th Oct!
This new short course at RUCCIS is suitable for absolute beginners, introducing you to a range of hoop tricks and skills to improve coordination, strength and a give a great cardio workout! Fun music and sparkly hoops – who needs a gym??
Our super-fun Hoop coach is Vespa Magenta – Circus Performer, who can take you through the beginner hoop skills and onwards.
6:30pm to 7:30pm – RUCCIS parents, you can co-ordinate with your child’s aerial or tumbling class on Wed evenings!
