If you didn’t know that coach Steve has also been a chef for 30 years…where have you been! After a super informative cooking workshop last year, Steve is jumping back on Zoom to help you ramp up your cooking skills at home!

While whipping up a spaghetti bolognese (that can be made vegan as well), Steve will take you through things like finding the right ingredients, knife skills, cooking temperatures and techniques and heaps more helpful tips. Once you get Steve talking about cooking he won’t stop! So bring your questions (or better yet, email them to us beforehand) – got a demon recipe that just never turns out right? Found a utensil in your mum’s kitchen drawer and you can’t figure out what it does?

Let Steve help make you a pro in the kitchen and get you whipping up delicious, wholesome food at home!

Date: Sunday 29th August
Time: 4pm (workshop will run for approx. 1.5 hours)
Location: your place! Online via Zoom
