Are you clumsy? Do you trip over your own feet? Is walking into walls a common occurrence for you?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions then this class is for you!
If you answered no, then this class is also for you because you are missing golden opportunities to have fun and make people laugh.
This class is a guaranteed good time.
Circus Mix

Tuesday 4:30pm – Kids
Circus Mix classes for the whole family! Kids and adults can work and play together in a Family Mix class, or do their own thing in the Kids, or Teen & Adult options. We work on stretching, balance, strength and manipulation – no equipment needed, as we’ll find fun things to use around the house, but feel free to bring your own hoops, poi, juggling balls etc too.
Aerial Strength & Flexibility

Keep aerial-ready and work those muscles in a full body, weight-free workout with cardio and exercises to work your upper body, core and legs, finishing with a good stretch to work on your splits. It’s your workout, so suitable for all levels. Let’s get moving!
Family Acro

Looking for a fun family activity while you’re at home? Borrow a child or a sibling to learn fun acro shapes you can do together. An acrotastic class of counterbalance, flying, basing and more
Handstands

This class will focus on handstand strength and conditioning and learning about technique and form that will take your handstands to the next level! A great class to maintain your strength at home and help you get upside down.
Staff Spinning

Thursday 5:30pm – all ages
Grab your broomsticks and get ready to spin and twirl like never before.
In this workshop you will unlock the wonders of staff spinning. Learn the hand movements, how to do isolations, and an assortment of other amazing skills all that can be done with a staff/broomstick. Make sure you have a bit of room around you!
Poi Spinning

Poi oh Poi, what are we to do if we have no Poi… get yourself some long socks and put a tennis ball or another pair of socks in them and hey presto! You have Poi!
Spin with Emily and learn how to weave hypnotic patterns and stun onlookers.
Ruccis Disco Party!
Friday 6:30pm – all ages
Join us for a night of disco fun! Wear your best disco outfit – think glitter, sequins, neon, flares – and get ready for cheesy dances, LED performances, lip syncing, pet dances and heaps more. Pull out the glow sticks and glitter hair spray. Let’s party!
This is a family friendly event, and kids, teens and adults are all welcome.
